Intersecciones Hispánicas: Revista de Cultura, Literatura y Lingüística: is a peer-reviewed journal published annually by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese graduate students at The University of New Mexico. The fundamental goal of the journal is to strengthen the cultural ties between the Spanish speakers of the world, share the subtleties that unite them, and promote the dissemination of contemporary Hispanism, without borders. The journal is primarily intended for graduate students pursuing their master's or doctoral degrees, as well as recent graduates. Essays, writing, poetry, interviews, photos, and other artistic creations that explore the diverse facets of the Spanish-speaking world are all acceptable. The writing of the works may be in Spanish or in English. If you are interested in contributing to the journal, while adhering to the editorial standards, please send your work to intersecciones@unm.edu.  


Intersecciones Hispánicas: Revista de Cultura, Literatura y Lingüística: es una revista literaria, lingüística y cultural del Departamento de Español y Portugués de la Universidad de Nuevo México. La meta fundamental de Intersecciones es fortalecer los vínculos culturales entre los hispanohablantes del mundo, compartir las sutilezas que los unen y promover la difusión del hispanismo contemporáneo, sin fronteras. Guiada principalmente para estudiantes de maestría, doctorandos o recién doctores, Intersecciones acepta trabajos (ensayos, narrativa, poesía, entrevistas, fotografías y arte) que examinen los múltiples aspectos del mundo hispano. Los trabajos pueden ser escritos en español o inglés y serán seleccionados con arbitraje a ciegas entre pares (peer-review). Intersecciones se publica una vez al año. Los interesados en publicar en Intersecciones pueden enviar su trabajo acorde a las normas de publicación al correo electrónico: intersecciones@unm.edu
